The lot includes various portable power banks, multi-bay charging/docking stations, larger charging station units, screens/displays, power supplies, UK mains leads, associated accessories and a freestanding vending machine / self-service kiosk.
CONDITION – UNTESTED
No functional testing has been carried out on any of the equipment included in this lot, including the vending machine.
The entire lot is therefore being sold strictly as UNTESTED.
No guarantee or representation is made regarding:
• functionality or working condition;
• battery condition or charging performance;
• operation of the vending machine;
• screens, displays, payment systems or internal electronics;
• software, firmware, apps or connectivity;
• internet/network functionality;
• card/payment processing systems;
• locks, mechanisms, dispensers or internal components;
• completeness of individual units;
• compatibility with any software, account, subscription or third-party service;
• suitability for any particular commercial or personal use.
Some items may appear powered on or display information in the photographs. This does not constitute confirmation that the item, vending machine, charging station or any individual function is fully operational.
The photographs form an important part of the description and show the actual equipment included in the sale.
This is a bulk commercial equipment lot. Individual items, components and functions have not been separately tested.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, no software licences, accounts, subscriptions, payment-processing accounts, merchant accounts, cloud services, customer databases, business contracts or technical support are included.

The buyer must satisfy themselves regarding the quantity, condition, completeness and suitability of the equipment before bidding.
Viewing and inspection before bidding are strongly recommended.
The complete lot is sold as seen, untested and without any guarantee of functionality.
By placing a bid, the buyer confirms that they understand and accept that all equipment, including the vending machine, is untested.
Collection, loading, transport, installation, configuration, repair, servicing and any subsequent testing are the responsibility of the buyer.

Soft Close
This auction operates with a soft close.
Any bid placed within the final minute of the auction will extend the closing time by a further 2 minutes. This process will continue until no further bids are received within the extended closing period.
The auction is officially closed when the “SOLD” notice appears on the auction page.

Price Paid
Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
Any applicable VAT will be dealt with in accordance with the auction listing and iBidOnStorage platform requirements.
A Buyer’s Premium of 17.5% is added to the final auction price and is payable by the Buyer in addition to the winning bid.
Please ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover both the winning bid and the applicable Buyer’s Premium.

PAYMENT

The auction is for the complete lot and is not intended to be divided into individual items unless specifically agreed otherwise by the Seller.

● screens or displays;
● payment/card systems;
● internal electronics;
● software or firmware;
● internet or network connectivity;
● SIM/data functionality;
● locks or mechanical components;
● completeness of individual items;
● compatibility with any software, system or service;
● suitability for any particular commercial or personal purpose.
If any screen, light or display appears powered on in the photographs, this must not be interpreted as confirmation that the equipment or all of its functions are fully operational.
The Buyer accepts that repair, servicing, configuration, replacement parts or further testing may be required.

SOFTWARE, ACCOUNTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some equipment may require software, applications, internet/network access, SIM/data services, subscriptions, licences, merchant accounts, payment-processing services or other third-party systems.
Unless specifically stated in the auction listing, none of these services, accounts, licences or subscriptions are included in the sale.
No guarantee is made that existing software, applications, payment services or third-party systems can be transferred to or used by the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for making their own enquiries regarding any software, account, subscription or third-party service required to operate the equipment.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTION
The photographs form an important part of the auction description and show the actual equipment being offered for sale.
The Buyer is responsible for reviewing all photographs and all listing information before bidding.
No assumption should be made regarding any equipment, accessory, cable, component, feature or service that is not specifically described or clearly shown.
Buyers are encouraged to ask any questions before placing a bid.

VIEWING
Where available, viewing of the equipment prior to bidding is strongly recommended.
The Buyer is responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition, contents, quantity and suitability of the lot before bidding.
A Buyer who chooses not to inspect the equipment prior to bidding accepts the risks associated with purchasing an untested commercial equipment lot.

COLLECTION
The successful Buyer must not attend the collection location until they have received the appropriate Winner Notification and collection confirmation.
The successful Buyer must collect the complete lot within 72 hours of receiving the Winner Notification, unless an alternative collection arrangement has been agreed directly with the Seller.
Collection must take place during the Seller’s agreed collection hours.
Failure to collect within the required period without prior agreement may be treated as a breach of the auction terms.
The Seller may then, subject to iBidOnStorage rules:
● cancel the sale;
● offer the lot to another bidder;
● re-list the lot;
● arrange storage or disposal of the goods where necessary.
Any additional costs resulting from the Buyer’s failure to collect may be charged to the Buyer where permitted by the platform terms.

LOADING AND TRANSPORT
The Buyer is responsible for providing suitable:
● transport;
● manpower;
● lifting equipment;
● tools;
● packaging;
● securing equipment
required to safely collect and transport the lot.
The Seller is not responsible for dismantling, loading, transporting, installing, configuring, repairing or testing the equipment unless specifically agreed in writing.
The Buyer must ensure that any vehicle used is suitable for the size and weight of the equipment being collected.
IDENTIFICATION
The person collecting the auction lot must be able to identify themselves as the successful Buyer.
The Buyer may be required to provide:
● the Winner Notification / auction invoice; and
● valid original photographic identification.
Unless otherwise agreed with the Seller and permitted by iBidOnStorage, collection should be made by the registered auction winner.

INSPECTION AT COLLECTION
The Buyer must inspect the physical contents of the lot before removing the goods from the Seller’s premises.
If the Buyer believes that an item shown or specifically described in the listing is missing, the Seller must be informed before any goods are removed from the premises.
The Buyer should not remove part of the lot and subsequently make a claim that the physical contents collected were incomplete.
Once the Buyer has inspected and removed the lot from the premises, the Buyer will be considered to have accepted the physical contents collected, subject to iBidOnStorage’s applicable Refund Policy and applicable law.

SALE BASIS
This auction is a bulk commercial equipment sale.
The entire lot is sold:
AS SEEN – UNTESTED – AS A JOB LOT
The equipment is sold in its current condition.
By placing a bid, the Buyer confirms that they:
● have read the complete listing;
● have reviewed the photographs;
● understand that the equipment has not been functionally tested;
● understand that some or all equipment may require repair, servicing or configuration;
● understand that additional software, licences, subscriptions or services may be required;
● accept the risks associated with purchasing untested commercial equipment.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final, subject to iBidOnStorage’s Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
A refund or cancellation will not normally be accepted solely because:
● the Buyer changes their mind;
● the Buyer did not inspect the equipment before bidding;
● equipment requires repair;
● equipment requires servicing or configuration;
● equipment requires additional software, subscriptions or accounts;
● the equipment is not suitable for the Buyer’s intended business or purpose;
● the Buyer incorrectly assumed that a particular feature, accessory, account, software system or service was included.
If the Buyer requests a cancellation or refund that is not required under the platform’s Refund Policy and the Seller nevertheless agrees to it, the Seller reserves the right, where permitted by the platform, to apply the applicable cancellation fee.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE
By placing a bid, the Buyer enters into a binding agreement.
If the successful Buyer refuses to complete payment, refuses to collect the lot or otherwise fails to comply with the auction terms, the Seller may report the matter to iBidOnStorage and may request restrictions or suspension of the Buyer’s account.
The Seller may also re-list or otherwise dispose of the lot in accordance with the platform’s applicable terms.

SELLER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the auction where permitted under iBidOnStorage’s terms, including where there has been:
● an administrative error;
● an obvious listing error;
● an operational issue;
● an issue affecting the availability of the lot;
● another legitimate reason preventing completion of the sale.
Any such cancellation will remain subject to iBidOnStorage’s applicable rules and procedures.

BUYER CONDUCT
The Buyer and anyone assisting with collection must behave appropriately while on the Seller’s premises and must comply with reasonable health, safety and collection instructions.
Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour may result in collection being stopped and may be reported to iBidOnStorage.
The Seller reserves the right to request suspension or restriction of the Buyer’s account where serious breaches of the auction terms occur.
