The vehicle is being sold as part of the overall business asset clearance and not as a separately warranted retail vehicle.
Any bidder interested in the vehicle should inspect it personally before bidding and satisfy themselves regarding its condition, mileage, specification, mechanical condition, MOT status and documentation.
STOCK QUANTITY
There is a substantial quantity of stock stored on warehouse shelving, in boxes, packages, pallets and large bulk bags.
Because of the size and mixed nature of the clearance, it is not practical to individually catalogue, count or test every item.
Photographs form an important part of the description and show the general scale and nature of the stock being sold.
The successful bidder should assume that individual items may vary considerably in condition.
Some items may be fully functional and complete while others may have missing parts, cosmetic damage, damaged packaging, faults or may require repair.

ELECTRICAL GOODS
Unless specifically stated otherwise, electrical goods should be treated as untested.
The buyer is responsible for carrying out all necessary electrical, safety and compliance testing before use, resale or onward supply.
PHOTOGRAPHS
The photographs form part of the auction description.
Because this is a very large mixed clearance, photographs are intended to demonstrate the general quantity, type and condition of the stock and assets.
Minor movement of stock within the warehouse during normal business clearance activities may occur before collection.
IVECO VEHICLE
The Iveco commercial vehicle shown in the photographs forms part of this auction.
The vehicle is sold as seen and inspected.
No warranty is provided regarding mechanical condition, mileage, bodywork, tyres, MOT status or future reliability.
The bidder is responsible for checking all vehicle details and documentation and is strongly advised to inspect the vehicle before bidding.
Ownership documentation available to the seller will be supplied to the successful buyer following cleared payment and completion of the sale.
COMPLETE LOT ONLY
The successful bidder must purchase and remove the entire lot.
The buyer may not select only desirable products and leave unwanted goods, packaging, pallets or other included clearance stock behind.
All included movable stock and assets forming part of the auction must be removed.
COLLECTION
Collection must normally be completed within 72 hours of the auction ending, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Normal collection hours:
Monday–Saturday: 09:00–17:00
Sunday: Closed
Sundays and bank holidays do not count towards the collection period.
Because of the volume of stock, the buyer must provide sufficient vehicles, manpower and loading equipment.
Multiple collection trips may be required.
The buyer is responsible for all transportation and loading costs.
VIEWING
Viewing prior to bidding is strongly recommended.
This is a substantial business clearance, and bidders should satisfy themselves regarding:

PAYMENT
Full payment must be made in accordance with the auction platform’s payment requirements before goods or vehicle are released.
